Process flow of the glass bottle

The production process of glass bottle mainly includes:

① raw material pre-processing.Beat the block raw materials (quartz sand, soda ash, limestone, feldspar, etc.) to dry the wet raw materials, and treat the iron-containing raw materials for iron removal to ensure the quality of the glass.

② complex preparation.

③ founding.The glass mixture is heated at high temperature (1550~1600 degrees) in the pool kiln or pool furnace to form a uniform, bubble-free liquid glass and meet the forming requirements.

④ shaping.Put the liquid glass into the mold to make the required shape of the glass products, such as flat plates, various utensils, etc.

⑤ heat treatment.Through annealing, quenching, and other processes, to eliminate or produce the stress, phase separation or crystallization inside the glass, and to change the structural state of the glass.
