Niujian South Factory – Medical Nitrile Gloves Production Factory

Nitrile Gloves Group Co., Ltd. and Niujian Technology Co., Ltd. have built the largest production plant of protective gloves in Anhui Province in Wangjiang County, Anqing City, Anhui Province, covering an area of 233000 m², including 12 production workshops. Each workshop is 143 meters long, 40 meters wide and 9 meters high (which can be transformed into 15 meters). 96 production lines of protective gloves can be built. After construction, the production capacity will be 20 billion pieces / year.The second phase glove production plant covers an area of 1.3 million square meters and can build 500 production lines with a production yearly capacity of 1 billion box. It's target become largest 510K medical gloves factory in China.  

Niujian North Factory – Disposable Nitrile Gloves Production Factory 

Nitrile Glove Group Co., Ltd. and Niujian Technology Co., Ltd. jointly build Niujian disposable nitrile glove production factory in Gaomi, Weifang City, Shandong Province, China. The plant covers an area of 40000 m², and each production workshop is 120 meters long, 30 meters wide and 10 meters high. It can build 16 disposable nitril glove  production lines, with a production capacity of 2 billion pieces / year.
